Job Descriptions

1.Develop social media content strategies and content to reach various business objectives, inclusive of both brand-driving and sales-driving initiatives 2.Set and measure to monthly social media goals 3.Collaborate internally with PR, content traffic and analytics teams to build holistic content programs 4.Research and identify influencers that can help meet brand's goals (bloggers, Instagrammers, YouTubers and emerging tastemakers) and develop new forward-thinking content tests 5.Organize and simplify existing editorial calendars and processes to streamline and scale our social media work, inclusive of creating/updating master databases and storing data 6.Manage in-house content team and agency for better coordination and execution, as well as performance review and negotiation 7.Project manage content programs, including developing timelines and managing the legal, financial and administrative needs 8.Analyze data, write concise metrics recaps and report on the success of our social media channels and content

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above with 1-3 years of experience
Exceptional writing skills (Thai) and proficient English, both oral and written
Prior experience in the social media and influencer space
A creative thinker. Has the ability to populate a high volume of new content ideas
Analytical. Has a keen understanding of social media KPIs by post type and platform, how to track business objectives, and how to analyze data to craft narratives and reports
Highly organized. Has the ability to work on many projects with moving timelines
