Job Descriptions

1. Explain claim and report CAR (follow up ) 2. Set limit sample, Part sample. 3. Supplier audit and development 4. 4M change control (from supplier and customer) 5. Coordinate with supplier and customer 6. PPAP summary and submit to customer in case of have 4M change 7. Other job refer assigned by QA Manager or above 8. Quality Assurance for all process and after delivery parts 9. Supplier control 10.APQP Team support

Qualifications

Have knowledge about 8D report, analysis method such as why why, fish bone, QC 7 tools
Calibration measuring instrument control
set limit sample and part sanple
Supplier audit and development
4M change control (from supplier and customer)
Coordinate skill with supplier and customer
Can issue PPAP for submit customer
Can issue job refer assigned by QA Manager or above
Have knowledge for ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949_2016 (for ISO14001_2015 be advance)
Bachelor degree of Engnieering freld or related
Female (Age not over 35 years old)
Experience in QA
Have skills in using computers and use MS Office well
Able to solve immediate problems well
Able to coordinate with customers and manufacturers well
Able to work overtime
Able to communicate in English
Able to travel abroad
