Job DescriptionsWork at Singapore International School of Bangkok (Pracha Uthit campus, Wangthonglang, BKK)
Works 6 days a week (Saturday or Sunday off) starting 6:00am
- Responsible for Kitchen tasks, assisting Head Chef/Executive Chef
- Cook food to the standard according to the school recipe
- Maintain and responsible for cooking and cleanliness standards
- Follow the regulations of the Ministry of Public Health, District Office and Sanitation
Qualifications - Has direct experience as a executive sous chef and 10 years or more being sous chef
- Understanding of kitchen operation & supervision, various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Passionate to help support team
- Attend health and safety and food hygiene courses before
