Job Descriptions
Recruitment 1. Screening to find the right candidate, Planning recruitment of the best candidate, controlling schedule, reporting on recruitment. 2. Control recruitment process follows quality system and other company’s system. 3. Improvement process of recruitment (JD, Procedure, ete.) 4. Manage the resignation of employee (resignation process, resignation corresponding). Payroll Management 5. Salary calculation, Personnel labor management (employee information, attendance management, personnel expenses, salary increase, promotion, etc.) 6. Handle tasks related to SSO, preparation and filing of tax return and calculation of retirement fund amount. 7. Provide summarize and update the KPI, Evaluation, Promotion system 8. Promotion and salary increase survey. 9. Manage and maintain the performance Administration 10. Visa & Work permit 11. Company Mobile phone, Internet, Computer and Software Copy machine management 12. Transportation management 13. Security guard, Maid, CCTV 14. Expense claim preparation 15. Stationary Control/General admin task 16. Another task assign
Qualifications
  1. Thai Nationality
  2. Male or Female
  3. Age 23 years old -35 years old
  4. Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field
  5. At least 1-3 years of working experience
  6. English must be required (read, write, listen, and speak).
  7. Knowledge of Labor law and all of HR system.
  8. Driving license
