Job Descriptions
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machine equipment to ensure smooth production operations in the automotive manufacturing plant. - Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts and components required for machine equipment maintenance and repair. - Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize machine reliability. - Analyze downtime incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. to prevent future occurrences. - Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and provide technical support to production teams to minimize disruptions. - Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and optimize equipment performance - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies related to maintenance activities in the automotive manufacturing plant.
Qualifications
  1. Male and Female Age 24-30 years old.
  2. Bacherlor's degree Electrical Engineering.
  3. At least 2-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering.
  4. Knowledge of computer skill (E-mail & Internet, Microsoft Office, PLC Program)
  5. Good command in English language.
  6. Attention to details, able to work under pressure, independently and in a team.
  7. Good interpersonal skills, agility, result orientation and problem solving.
  8. Has a certificate of person responsible for energy is preferred.
