Job Descriptions
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT securities and IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Manage and mentor the IT team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure efficient and effective IT support and operations.
- Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation related.
- Provide technical support and issue resolution to users.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging IT technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Control and plan the implementation of various annual work plans and related projects.
- Solve problems and provide knowledge about computers, both software and hardware.
- Control and ensure that IT operations comply with standards. ISO9001 / IATF16949.
- Support GA jobs and other assign by Manager.
Qualifications
- Male, 30-40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
- At least 3 years of related professional experience in System Engineer or System Admin.
- Have knowledge in AS400 system.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexible and able to work multi-tasking in a fast-pace environment.
- Be able to use English is a plus.
- Have knowledge in VPN, Web design, App design, Graphic design is preferable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
