Job Descriptions

1. Must have supervisory knowledge in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive industry. 2. Must display leadership ability, able to influence others to perform their jobs effectively and to be responsible for making decisions. 3. Ability to inspire oneself and others to reach a goal and/or perform to the best of their ability. 4. Ability to comprehend complex technical topics and specialized information. 5. Must have general understanding of highly sophisticated equipment and software. 6. Must have general understanding of mechanical blueprints is preferred. 7. Must have understanding of quality assurance system such as ISO 9001 :2015, IATF 16949:2016, TPM, 5S,QCC & KAIZEN 8. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the productivity and efficiency of the production team. 9. Ability to calculate figures and amounts using whole numbers and decimals. 10. Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures and policies. 11. Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem. Must have solid problem solving skills using a variety of statistical and root cause tools. 12. Positive attitude to support company policies and must be able to create and maintain a high-morale environment. 13. Train new team members on production procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
