Job Descriptions
1. สร้างและปรับปรุงระบบการจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคลของบริษัท รวมถึงการกำหนด การดำเนินการ และการตรวจสอบการดำเนินงาน 2. จัดหาบุคลากรที่บริษัทต้องการตามแผนการพัฒนาของบริษัท 3. การฝึกอบรมพนักงานใหม่ การฝึกอบรมในระหว่างการทำงาน และการจัดทำไฟล์การฝึกอบรม 4. เช็ค การขาด ลาป่วย ลากิจ มาสาย ของพนักงาน ประมินผลการทำงานของพนักงาน คำนวณเงินเดืน และงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกัน 5. การจัดการการเข้างาน พนักงานใหม่กลายเป็นพนักงานประจำ การย้ายตำแหน่ง และการลาออกของพนักงาน 6. สร้างและรักษาข้อมูลบุคคลและรายชื่อพนักงาน อัปเดตข้อมูลของพนักงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง 7. เซ็นสัญญาจ้างงานกับพนักงาน และรักษาสัญญาจ้างงาน 8.การบริหารรปภและคนเข้าออกบริษัท 9. งานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวกับทรัพยากรบุคคลที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป คุ้นเคยกับ Six Modules of Human Resource
  2. มีประสบการณ์การทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริษัทผลิตมากกว่า 1 ปี คุ้นเคยกับนโยแรงงานของรัฐและ กฎหมาย
  3. ละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ชอบเรียนรู้ มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี
  4. มีทักษะการใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี
  5. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนหรือภาษาอังกฤษได้
