Job Descriptions
1.Responsible for completing mold assembly and mold repair work on time and with high quality; 2.Participate in updating and improving the company’s internal mold design standards; 3.Responsible for assisting the fitter squad leader in training mold fitter apprentices. 4.Wear protective equipment according to the working standards of the fitter workshop, inspect the equipment used, and make preparations before production; 5.Complete new module assembly and mass production mold maintenance and repair work according to the arrangement of the fitter squad leader, and form corresponding records. ุ6.Responsible for 5S maintenance work on the job site and meet the department’s on-site management requirements; 7.Comply with on-site safety work standards for fitters to ensure the safety of personnel and property; 8.Guide the work of the mold fitter apprentices and assist the fitter squad leader in completing the education and training of the fitter apprentices. 9.Participate in internal technical communications meetings.
Qualifications
  1. Technical secondary school or high school degree or above
  2. Plastic mold fitter with more than 3 years of working experience
  3. Plastic mold fitter with more than 3 years of working experience
  4. Strong ability to recognize pictures;
  5. Have the ability to operate general processing machine tools;
  6. Understand the basic knowledge of ISO9001/ISO14001;
  7. Have certain communication and coordination skills
  8. Strong sense of responsibility
  9. Have enterprising spirit and teamwork spirit
  10. Able to adapt to shift work
  11. Able to work in Rojana industrial park, Ayutthaya province.
