Job Descriptions

Customer Service (Sea Export) - Release booking to customer/shipper - Update booking if any change i e change Vsl,CY-RTN or Routing - Open job/ fill data - Update report to customer/ internal - Communicate with customer for shpt - Solve an issue Export Documentation - Follow & Submit SI,VGM to SSL for get the draft BL with carriers/FWD - Input cost & selling through the system - Follow & Pass draft BL to customer for checking - Issue BL,HBL & FCR - Send ISF10 + 2 & AMS,ACI,E-MANIFEST info - Prepare Pre-Alert - Follow invoice from SSL for Proceed payment - Issue invoice to customer and after getting confirmation from CS team - Prepare document and coordinate with messenger for proceed pick up BL - Close job in system สวัสดิการ :- - เบี้ยขยันเดือนละ 2,000.- บาท - โบนัสประจำปี (ตามผลประกอบการและผลงาน) - จ่ายเงินเดือน 13 เดือน/ปี - ท่องเที่ยวประจำปี - ประกันสุขภาพ - เค้กวันเกิด - อบรมสัมมนา พัฒนาทักษาความรู้ - ลาพักร้อน 10 วัน - ทำงานครบ 5 ปี ได้รับทอง 1 บาท, ทำงานครบ 10 ปี ได้รับทอง 2 บาท - ช่วยเหลืองานศพกรณี พ่อ,แม่ และ ลูก ของพนักงานเสียชีวิต 2,000 บาท - ทำงานวันจันทร์ - ศุกร์ เวลา 08:30 - 17:00 น.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Business, International Business or related fields.
Have experience for export shipment especially TP Trade will consider more : 1-2 years experienced in Freight
Good command of English, Both of written and spoken.
Have more responsible
Can solve an issue well
