Job Descriptions

1.Plan and manage the work of the R&T Department in order to provide and develop a new products a technical service to the Cast Sheet and Extrusion production Plant to meet customers satisfaction 2.Plan and manage operation of the R&T Department R/M Preparation, Colour Testing, 3.Research & Development that its resources are effectively deployed and set standards of technical excellence, safety and response are met. 4.Prepare and plan annual plans and budgets for the section controlled in accordance with Company’s Objectives and Goals. 5.Control and maintain Standards of Technical excellence and safety within the Department in line with the company’s SHE policy. 6.Plan and gain approval for programs which will meet the needs of customers as defined by customer needs. 7.Analyse and resolve quality problems as quickly as possible to maintain production efficiency. 8.Provide the technical data to support plant and commercial for the technical meter as customer requirement. 9.Ensure the all responded activity meet company standard with respect to Health, Safety, etc., and ensure the company’s obligations and policies in these areas are fully complied with local law, business requirement and standard as ISO9001,ISO14001,TIS18001, TLS (Thai Labour Standards), and others which were issued.
