Job Descriptions
(1) Responsible for daily three-coordinate measurements of products, inspection of product dimensions and appearance, and preparation of shipping reports;
(2) Register and summarize three-coordinate measurement data;
(3) In charge of routine maintenance, upkeep, and 5S activities for the CMM equipment and computer devices;
(4) Complete ad-hoc additional measurements and other tasks assigned by superiors;
(5) Priority given to those who can proficiently use PC-DMIS CAD++2018, RationalDMI to program product CMM measurement procedures; and have the ability to optimize measurement methods independently and troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficient in mechanical drawings and geometric tolerances; able to skillfully operate ZEISS or Hexagon coordinate measuring machines (CMM);
- Good problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit;
- Able to adapt to overtime work and rotating shifts.
- Candidates with experience in the CNC machining industry will be preferred.
