Job Descriptions
- ตรวจสอบรายละเอียดทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการด้านลูกหนี้ในระบบบัญชี (โปรแกรมบัญชี Peak) - ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารใบเสนอราคา ใบแจ้งหนี้ ส่งวางบิลให้กับลูกค้า และบันทึกบัญชีในระบบ - ตรวจสอบรายการจำหน่ายหนี้สูญ ให้ถูกต้องตามหลักเกณฑ์วิธีการที่กฎหมายและสรรพากรกำหนด - การกระทบยอดบัญชีและการจัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบงบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับส่วนงานลูกหนี้ - จัดทำรายงานการรับเงิน ลูกหนี้ ประจำวัน ประจำเดือน - ตรวจสอบ stock สินค้า - ตรวจเช็คเอกสารก่อนนำส่งสำนักงานบัญชี - งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. จบปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. อายุระหว่าง 25 - 35 ปี
  3. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานบัญชีด้านลูกหนี้ (AR) ไม่ต่ำกว่า 2 ปี
  4. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในการทำงานได้ดี เช่น MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  5. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  6. หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้โปรแกรม Peak จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
