Job Descriptions
1. Handle day to day sea freight import / export operations in our enterprise data system.
2. Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of import/export shipments.
3. Coordinate with customer, shipping lines, customs brokers, warehouses, overseas agents as well as internal departments.
5. Expedite payment to vendors and carriers.
6. Follow the product arrival date and time with the shipping line or supplier.
7. Have experience in logistics documents such as B/L, SI, D/O, etc.
8. Verify the accuracy of documents such as product declarations, FTA forms, and product clearance documents.
9. Recheck the completion and accuracy of shipment details and related documents.
10. Other duties as required by management
