Job Descriptions
Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operations across all departments including transportation, warehousing, and customer service Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's goals and market trends Supervise financial planning, budgeting, and cost control to ensure profitability and long-term stability Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant laws and regulations Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing guidance for continuous improvement Collaborate with executive leadership in shaping financial and operational policies Report business performance and financial results directly to top management
Qualifications
  1. Male/Female, aged 35–45 years
  2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or related fields
  3. Minimum of 5 years in a senior management role within the logistics or transportation industry
  4. Strong leadership and analytical skills with the ability to manage teams and drive results
  5. Experience in budget management, financial policy oversight, and strategic financial decision-making
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management software; familiarity with ISO, KPIs,
