Job Descriptions
- ฟ้องและแก้ต่างคดีทุกประเภทของบริษัท - สอบสวนข้อเท็จจริง รวบรวมพยานหลักฐาน และเตรียมการดำเนินคดี/โต้แย้ง - จัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้าของคดี และสรุปสถานะคดี - เป็นตัวแทนบริษัทในการดำเนินการเจรจา ไกล่เกลี่ย ประนีประนอมยอมความ ให้ถ้อยคำ ชี้แจงข้อเท็จจริง ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคดี และเรื่องร้องเรียนทุกประเภท ติดตามทวงถามหนี้ ประสานงานกับทางพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ และติดตามคดีความของบริษัท ขออนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินธุรกิจของบริษัททุกประเภท - ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า คู่ค้า ของบริษัทเพื่อให้ดำเนินการตามข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขของสัญญา - ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการหรือหน่วยงานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ให้ความเห็นทางกฎหมายเพื่อส่งเสริมการดำเนินธุรกิจของบริษัทให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายและระเบียบข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง - งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีสาขานิติศาสตร์ หรือสูงกว่า และมีใบอนุญาตทนายความ
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านทนายความและประสานงานราชการอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  3. มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การเจรจาไกล่เกลี่ย และประสานงานกับพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่
  4. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้นได้
  5. มีความรับผิดชอบ สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้
  6. มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาที่ดี
  7. สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานต่างจังหวัดเป็นครั้งคราวได้
