Job Descriptions

- Conduct regularly maintenance and repair tasks on technical equipment (e.g. install/exchange tools, fixtures, machinery, instruments, etc.) - Support the installation and relocation technical equipment (e.g. tools, machinery, instruments, etc.) according to guidelines - Eliminate/have eliminated some difficult breakdowns (e.g. process breakdowns, etc.) in machines and fixtures - Adjust simple machinery/tools to product specifications - Produce and repair equipment (e.g. assembly boards, etc.) - Implement and document maintenance, repair and overhaul work on equipment / systems as specified - Spare parts management for maintenance - Implementation and documentation of changes or corrections to machine controls and machining programs as well as parameterization with preparation of the respective data sheets as specified - Execution and documentation of checks for correct operation (e.g. mechanical, electrical, etc.) and test runs for equipment / systems - Compliance with and / or observe all relevant processes and work instructions in the area of responsibility - Collaborate to ensure information flows within the involved departments and to supervisors - Identification and elimination (as specified) of vulnerabilities and development of proposals for improvement measures for equipment/systems - Ensure the implementation of all relevant audit requirements as well as internal and external quality standards and implementation of countermeasures in case of deviations and improvement potentials - Establish spare parts and wear part requirements, dispose parts purchases. - Ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory safety regulations (in particular the Occupational Health and Safety Act as well as environmental protection) and the central DRX specifications - Perform general Maintenance work, doing MCS of Equipment, Support Instrument calibration - Performs other duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor/Maintenance Manager/Production Manager

Qualifications

High vocational certificate or higher in Electrical or Electronics field or related field
At least 1-2 years of experience working in Manufacturing
Knowledge of Electric/Electronics sensor
Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic
Experience in measuring instruments such as Multimeter/Oscilloscope
PM, TPM and Predictive maintenance
Intermediate English communication skill
