Job Responsibilities : 1.complete computer and printer configuration and settings according to relevant requirements and install them at their workstations. 2.complete phone configuration and settings, set up, and test the call transfer. 3.Employee computers are replaced. During the replacement process, data security is ensured and data is not accidentally lost. 4.Desktop users add public disk access rights and create shortcuts. 5.Rationality assessment and installation of new software requirements for desktop users. 6.When system hardware fails, clear solutions are provided to users for hardware failures that cannot be eliminated. 7.Repair of hardware failures of computers, printers, and peripheral equipment, and quality follow-up of the manufacturer’s on-site repairs. 8.Physical acceptance of computers, printers, and peripheral equipment purchased into the factory and completion of acceptance workflow and reports. 9.Maintenance of faulty cameras and monitoring hosts; selection, purchase, and acceptance of maintenance spare parts. 10.Access control system personnel add, log out, and set access permissions, and are responsible for the validity of permissions. 11.When the electronic fence hardware fails, report it to the manufacturer for repair. The manufacturer will provide assistance during maintenance and repair acceptance. 12.Electronic fence hardware failure repair parts purchase and acceptance 13.Responsible for information equipment ledger management, registration, and transfer; responsible for pasting information equipment asset labels. 14.Responsible for sporadic new network and monitoring point requirements, wiring, testing, and marking. 15.Responsible for real-time updating of the IP phone address book to ensure that the address book is consistent with the actual person.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and above, More than 3 years of relevant work experience.
Familiar with computer software and hardware.
Have the ability to promptly troubleshoot computer software and hardware failures.
Familiar with the operation of Windows domain, proficient in the installation/troubleshooting/debugging/performance optimization of mainstream desktop operating systems (such as Windows series)
Familiar with comprehensive Knowledge of wiring and related specification requirements, with hands-on ability.
Computer or Chinese/English major, able to communicate in Chinese/English, willing to develop in the field of IT and desktop operation and maintenance, priority will be given to those with IT desktop maintenance experience.
