Working at AMPHENOL COMMUNICATION ELECTRONICS (THAILAND) CO., LTD.
W5/1 >> 155/3 Moo 9, Ban Rakat Subdistrict, Bang Bo District, Samut Prakan province 10560
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
-Directs all production activities at the plant site.
-Ensures maximum efficiency and productivity of production facility.
-Ensures production volume, cost and quality of production, and production schedules are met.
-Control and co-ordinate the production activities to achieve company targets.
-Ensure customer satisfaction by implementing programs for continuous improvement to achieve Quality, Speed and Cost Improvement targets.
-Ensure that the organization's procedures and standards are adhered to when carrying out maintenance
-Ensure, through the workforce under his control, that the quality of workmanship in the final product is to standard acceptable to the organization
-Troubleshoot operational problems;
-Co-operate with other departments to ensure that the throughput meet requirements of both customers and organization.
-Drive to continuously improve company operations competences.
-Perform other related functions assigned or as they become apparent or as management assigns.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years' production management experiences in multi-national automotive electronics company and familiar with automotive industry methodology.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Mature, dynamic and tactful personality with strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good analytical skills, skillful in trouble shooting, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency with database, spreadsheet, email and word processing software
- University graduated, major in Engineering Management or related.
- Good spoken and written English. Chinese communication is a plus.
