- Organizing and maintaining personnel records. - Updating internal data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems. - Collaborating with team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll. - Providing administrative support, including preparing HR documents. - Collaborating with other departments to facilitate communication. * Working Day: MON - FRI (8.30 - 17.30) Location Work: Rajanakarn Building (BTS Saint Louis Exit4)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or in any related field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
