Job DescriptionsJOB PURPOSE :
Work is performed under direction of Head of HR. For professional work in coordinating, directing and supervising employee relation and HR functions as activities, corrective actions and disciplinary activities and performs other assignments as required such as in the area of implementing and maintaining Human Resources & Admin Information Systems.
1. Employee Activity and Employee Communication
- Responsible for company newsletters.
- Initiate a fresh idea for employee engagement activities and HR internal communication.
- Assist in organizing HR activity or company events.
2. HR administration
- Supervise on administration process to ensure timely management and effectiveness to meet company requirement and expectation.
- Manage and supervised administrative team and monitor administration management in factory to ensure its well organized.
- Manage and controls admin stocks including stationary, office supply together with effective cost control projects.
- Manage, control and monitor transportation, canteen, gardener, pest control, maid, vending machine and all administrative task to be in a good place.
- Taking care of contracts regarding to renewal & extend all admin contracts.
- Other jobs assignment by Head of HR.
