FUNDPRO (THAILAND) COMPANY LTD. is in search of an experienced EVENTS AND OPERATIONS OFFICER to assist with with timely, efficient and effective operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist with acquiring locations for marketing activities of the organization - Liaise with several departments and ensure alignment with deadlines and deliverables - Accurately update any relevant tracking system in a timely manner - Innovate ways of securing quality locations for effective marketing results - Perform other operations-related tasks as deemed necessary REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor’s degree or higher - Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills - Trainable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment - Able to multitask and work under pressure - Able to work independently with minimal supervision - With good understanding of social media networks - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools - Must be speaking English - Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Shortlisted candidates will be contacted asap and invited to an initial interview via ZOOM.
