Analyze communication trends to choose suitable themes/content for communication in each stage and specific campaigns;
Proactively seek customer insight;
Manage data, images, designs, and sources of the brand in charge;
Direct participation: taking photos/videos (data about the company, employees, customers, services, products,...)
Content Production:
Plan content for short and long-term campaign, then develop monthly content calendar, create daily posts in different content formats;
Create compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience;
Scripting and Planning: Develop high-quality, creative, and visually appealing short-form videos for TikTok and Facebook/lnstagram Reels and YouTube;
Can edit videos using appropriate tools and software to maintain a professional look;
Experiment with various video formats, effects, and styles to keep content fresh and engaging;
Develop (write, create) content for articles/videos/images on the website, Group community, social media applications, blog SEO, etc., related to tourism or target customers;
Editing and drafting content for catalogs, brochures, campaigns...;
Seek and maintain relationships with KOC, advise, support direction and methods, and provide video-making materials for KOC; Promote KOC to release videos/livestreams.
Manage Fanpage Social & Shooting/ Livestreams Sessions:
Schedule posts and manage content on channels: Website, social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE OA...), newspapers, events and other media channels by month/quarter/year;
Plan the shooting session in parallel with the content plan.
Report On Work Result:
Measure the effectiveness of communication of the implemented content. Monitor and report Content effectiveness to direct management;
Propose optimal methods for the implementation of content.
