•Manage the open position both of direct and indirect that aligned with company recruitment’s procedure eg. personnel requisition approval from Plant manager, open job advertising in website etc.
•Screen and evaluate applicants for interview arrangement.
•Arrange & conduct the interview session.
•Monetary packaging proposal to HR Manager and Plant Manager to approval process.
•Draft the employee contract for HR manager to review and approve.
•Conduct an orientation program for new colleagues to have better understanding of company overview, rules & regulation.
•Handle and follow-up probation period for new staff.
•Issue the probation letter to staff who passed the probation period.
Compensation
•Key person for HRIS management eg inputting, updating, deleting the information.
•Monitor the HRIS system eg. time attendance, leave and payroll module.
•Key person for payroll calculation & payment since data input process until slip distribution process complete with timely manner and data accuracy.
•Manage the social security, workmen compensation, group health insurance and other benefits.
•Manage withholding income tax, ensure the correct calculation.
•Preparing the PND1 data to accounting department for payment.
•Manage employee’s attendance for the process of payroll, reporting.
•Monitor leave application and ensure comply with HR policy in HRIS.
•Provide a payroll report to HR Manager.
Administration
•Manage company uniform & ID card.
•Take care of maid, ensure the contract and day to day operation with good outcome.
•Support other HR activities.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
- 1-3 Years experience in Payroll or administrator or HR fields.
- Tiger soft software will be an advantage for consideration
- Knowledge of payroll rules and regulation.
- Good MS-office skills.
- Knowledge of social contribution, income tax and other law or any regulation related to payroll
- Open minded, growth mindset, easy adaptation, vigorous, and can motivated myself.
