Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:-
1. Set out audit plan in the same direction as that of Yipintsoi and changes in operational environments taking into consideration audit-coverage, audit-cycle, audit-risk-exposure, risk factors, risk levels, core business process and resources required for audit
2. Set out appropriate audit objectives, scope, methods and tools as well as audit program
3. Review the adequacy and the efficiency of the organization’s internal control and quality assurance
4. Examine and assess quality of business process and procedures
5. Provide guidance, comments and recommendation about the procedures and quality assurance with respect to compliance with rules, regulations and internal control of the organization
6. Discuss and coordinate with external auditors, concerned divisions/departments relating to auditing problems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields
- Minimum 8 years experience in Internal Audit (ISO:9001, ISO:27001) and Quality Assurance Management
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Quality Improvement/Assurance Standards : ISO 9001, ISO 27001 ITIL, CMMI
- Good in English communication
- Computer Literacy in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint
- Positive Thinking, Analytical Thinking, Interpersonal Skill, Integrity, and Self-Initiative
- Ability to work under pressure, and achievement drive and initiative.
