Job Descriptions•Perform as in-house sales & illustrate and provide comprehensive details on promoted products/services.
•Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company, courses and services.
•Handel online leads from verification stage, nurturing & creating experiential events and enroll prospective students into the program
•Perform as telemarketing to verify & follow up online leads
•Conduct interviews, arranges for campus tours, conduct information sessions, and represent the school at exhibition/fairs or other recruiting or outreach initiatives.
•Create recruiting events: trial classes or program review on bi weekly basis
•Establish a positive image and convince prospective students to enroll TFS courses and buy our services
•Develop interest and understand customer preferences
•Answering prospective students’ questions, processing transactions, and making a good impression on behalf of the company
•Update leads status in CRM on daily basis
•Give feedback on quality of leads to the head of sales to communicate with digital marketing team
•Generate leads conversion report & enrollment report on a weekly basis
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Any other duties and special projects as assigned by the Head of Sales/DOSM.
