Job Descriptions
Restaurant Management • Coordinate daily FOH and BOH restaurant operations • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints • Regularly review product quality and research new vendors • Organize and supervise shifts • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices • Implement SOPs that will maintain future restaurant operations Sommelier • Create and updating wine lists • Make recommendations on food and wine pairings • Ensure that the wine cellar is fully stocked • Inform guests on the variety of wines available • Train wait staff on available wines • Negotiate prices and build up strong relationship with vendors
Qualifications
  1. At least 5 year experience in Restaurant General Manager
  2. Able to communicate in English
  3. Hands on experience managing day to day restaurant activity
