Job Descriptions

- CMS system (open new vendor, adjustment the CMS member list, Reset password) - Responsible for Office & HR Admiration Correspondence. - Sending an email and making an announcement to all employees based on the administrator's information. - Monitor company’s messenger and Maid in office. - Monitor, Ordering office stationery and all office supplies. - Reception, answer the phone call, forward call. - Preparing payment requisition on the share drive. - Control Stock (premium gift stock, lanyard neck strap with holder stock, ATK test kit, Employee shirt.) - Time Attendance report. - Finger scan administration, update data in finger scan, Export finger scan data every Monday and send it to employees to support.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field
Experience in Administrative at least 3years
Ability to communicate in English
Proficient in MS Office
Eager to learn new thing and strong organizational skills, independent work without supervise
Have a sense of admin tasks, volunteer, Proactive, friendly
