-Coordinate with concern team for testing new product to achieve on target. -Support monitor, tracking, investigate & improve new product in SOV Phase -Coordinate with concerns team to finding optimize routing, tooling, and technic for new product and expand to D-Phase. -Finding solutions for day-to-day issues and informing concerned members. -Weekly communication all information from handover package, design intense, AQ sharing to align to Team Leader & Team Member. -Support Cycle Training to Master Trainer (FN Production) -Cooperates and works collaboratively among peers and teams.
