Job Descriptions- Coordinate, offer support, and ensure all administrative tasks with internal and external departments are the most effective and smooth management.
- Provide administrative support such as document preparation and maintain comprehensive and accurate records.
- Assist the Managing Director in all administration/company documents and processes related to all functions.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure, review documents and emails for MD signature and approval, and maintain document records.
- Assist in the administration of expatriates to ensure the validity of work permits and business visas.
- Managing, organizing, and maintaining documents in paper or electronic filing systems.
- Check data accuracy in invoices, tax receipts, and all company documents.
- Handle, prepare, process, and verify all Sales commissions and payments to ensure the accuracy of the document and amount before handing them to an accountant.
- Support Sales Agents with client bookings, i.e.; Taxi, Company minibus, and Accommodation.
- Verifying documents accurately before presenting to MD for approval
- Other administrative duties and other duties as assigned.
