Job Descriptions
1.负责泰国线上车抵贷相关业务的整体销售战略规划和执行，确保销售目标的达成； Responsible for overall sales strategy planning and execution for online car collateral loan business in Thailand, ensuring sales targets are achieved. 2.搭建并管理销售团队，包括招聘、培训、激励和绩效评估，提升团队整体销售能力； Build and manage sales teams, including recruitment, training, motivation, and performance evaluation, to enhance overall sales capabilities. 3.深入分析市场趋势和客户需求，制定针对性的销售策略和产品方案，推动销售业绩的快速增长； Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and customer needs, formulate targeted sales strategies and product solutions, and drive rapid growth in sales performance. 4.与合作伙伴建立和维护良好的业务关系，共同开拓市场和客户资源； Establish and maintain good business relationships with partners to jointly develop markets and customer resources. 5.监控销售数据和业绩指标，定期向上级汇报销售进展和业绩情况，为决策提供数据支持； Monitor sales data and performance indicators, regularly report sales progress and performance to superiors, and provide data support for decision-making. 6.关注市场动态和竞争对手的销售策略，及时调整和优化本公司的销售策略。 Keep abreast of market dynamics and competitors' sales strategies, and adjust and optimize the company's sales strategies in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance, marketing, management, or related fields, with over 5 years of experience in car loan product sales or management in relevant areas.
  2. Deep understanding of the Thai car loan market, familiarity with sales processes and strategies, and possessing industry resources and connections.
  3. Excellent sales skills and negotiation abilities, capable of establishing strong cooperative relationships with clients and partners.
  4. Outstanding team management and leadership skills, able to motivate team members and foster creativity.
  5. Sharp market insight and analytical abilities, capable of accurately grasping market trends and customer demands.
  6. Proficient in English for work communication, with good cross-cultural communication skills, and proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  7. Priority given to Thai locals or individuals who have lived in the area for an extended period, with a deep understanding of local culture and market environment.
