Job Descriptions• QMS and Safety Standards Integration: Implement and maintain an integrated approach to quality management systems and product safety standards. Ensure compliance with Client standards, relevant product safety standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM), and regulatory requirements across all markets.
• Risk Assessment and Compliance: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments focusing on both quality and safety throughout the product lifecycle. Manage compliance documentation, including quality manuals, safety assessments, and compliance certificates.
• Audit and Monitoring: Lead internal and external audits to evaluate the effectiveness of QMS and product safety practices. Implement corrective actions and enhancements based on audit findings.
• Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs on quality and safety standards, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of excellence and compliance across the organization.
• Incident Investigation and Reporting: Investigate quality and safety incidents or complaints. Ensure rigorous corrective and preventive actions are taken and report findings to regulatory authorities as required.
• Supplier Quality and Safety Management: Work closely with suppliers to ensure that their materials, components, and processes meet the organization's stringent quality and safety standards.
• Regulatory and Standards Monitoring: Keep abreast of new and evolving quality and product safety regulations and standards. Advise and guide the organization on compliance strategies and updates.
