Job Descriptions

1. Lead the Cloud Infra, Network Security and IT Support (IT Support / System / Cloud / Network / Security / Database). 2. Solution Architecture / System Architecture / Network Architecture / Designing / Implementing / Managing both on-premises and on cloud. 3. Provide guidance and best practise to team and support both day-to-day operations and project management assigned. 4. Provide and support both Head office, Plant and Site both in Bangkok and other provinces of Group company. 5. Manage and work with vendors to provide solutions and compare prices both Services and Enterprise Product on-premises and on cloud. 6. Manage and Support PC / NB / Printer / Accessories / Hardware / Software / HCI / Cloud / Server / Storage / VM / Backup / OS / DC / DR. 7. Manage and Support MS Dynamics 365 / MS 365 / MS Azure / MS Windows Server / MS Active Directory / DNS / DHCP / File Share / Google. 8. Manage and Support Network / Firewall / Router / Switch / IP / VLAN / AP / WIFI / Link / MPLS / Internet / VA / Patch. 9. Manage and Support Database performance tuning / database security / backup and recovery / (MS SQL / MySQL / PostgreSQL). 10. Manage and Support ERP / Application / Web Application / Web Site / Mobile Application of Group company.

Qualifications

Bachelor / Master Degree (IT / Computer Engineering)
10 years experience to manage cloud and infrastructure both on promises and on cloud and 5 years to manage team.
Skills : Project management / Infrastructure / Cloud / System / Network / Security / DB / VM / Backup / MS365 / MS Windows Server / ERP MS Dynamics 365 / MS Azure / Mobile App / Web App / Application
