Job Descriptions
• Track, record, follow up employee’s performance
• Support promotion campaign for employees, prepare supporting documents
• Support process of developing of employees
• Keep update employee files and training files
• Preparation of training materials e.g. documents, venue and etc.
• Coordinate with internal and external trainers for training appointments
• Prepare purchase documents of HR function
• Handle employee relation
• Support other employee activities e.g. new year, announcements, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields
- Has at least 2 years experiences in HRBP, HRD
- Understanding of training process, promotion, evaluation, performance development
- Ability of English communication (verbal and written)
- Strong coordination, communication skills
- Interpersonal, self-energetic and service-minded
- Able to use MS Office Programs
