Position description:
Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract not only potential tenants, but also their target end customers , to achieve leasing goals for Keha Sukpracha's retail and property spaces in all marketing activities, from crafting compelling content to managing online presence and executing promotional campaigns that resonate with both tenants and their target audience.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote Keha Sukpracha's retail and property leasing portfolio, considering both tenant and end customer/shopper needs.
Conduct market research to understand tenant needs, competitor offerings, and target customer demographics and shopping behaviors.
Create high-quality marketing materials that appeal to both tenants (highlighting space benefits and attracting power) and end customers/shoppers (showcasing the unique shopping experience offered by the property). This can include brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts.
Develop and implement lead generation campaigns that attract potential tenants, while also considering how to position the property to attract their ideal customer base.
Organize and participate in trade shows, events, and other marketing activities that target both tenants and end customers/shoppers.
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance for both tenant acquisition and customer traffic/engagement, recommending improvements to optimize reach for both audiences.
Support the Leasing and Tenant team with marketing initiatives and proposals that showcase the property's value proposition for tenants and the positive customer experience it can facilitate.
Qualifications
- Bachelors required (Marketing or business preferred). MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on commercial real estate (preferred).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
- Must be able to generate input or lead execution for art direction & creative development.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media marketing tools.
- Experience with graphic design software (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Creative, proactive, and with a passion for marketing.
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and experience design (a plus).
