Job Descriptions
• Improve product quality to meet production and customer requirements. • Support the start-up of new models and daily manufacturing operations. • Maintain and improve chemical process standards to ensure consistency and reliability. • Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement activities to optimize performance and reduce waste. • Coordinate with production teams to enhance overall productivity. • Collect, analyze, and evaluate process data to identify and resolve issues efficiently. • Monitor process parameters and ensure timely communication with related departments to prevent or resolve issues.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Chemical engineering.
  2. 0–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or chemical process environment (new graduates are welcome).
  3. Computer literate, Proficiency in MS Office and Chemistry-related programs.
  4. Good communication and teamwork skills.
  5. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and in cross-functional teams.
