Job Descriptions
ลักษณะงาน 1.วางแผนและควบคุมการผลิตสินค้าในแต่ละวันให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิตและมาตรฐานคุณภาพ 2.ควบคุมและลดต้นทุนการผลิต เฝ้าติดตามปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากกระบวนการผลิตและวัตถุดิบของลูกค้าที่ส่งมาผลิต 3.บริหารงานผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้ปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด 4.จัดหา วัสดุสิ้นเปลือง อุปกรณ์ความปลอดภัยและเครื่องมือให้พร้อมและเพียงพอต่อปริมาณงานที่รับผิดชอบ 5.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบในการดำเนินการต่างๆให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย และทบทวนผลการดำเนินงานฝ่ายที่รับผิดชอบ เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า 6เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของบริษัทตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย พร้อมทั้งส่งเสริมให้พนักงานในหน่วยงานปฏิบัติตามระเบียบงานต่าง ๆ 7.งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์ เคมี, เคมีอุตสาหกรรม, วิศวกรรมเคมี หรือเกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานผลิตเกี่ยวกับเคมีภัณฑ์ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
  3. มีความคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ การวางแผน และการวิเคราะห์
  4. มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ มีความขยัน ซื่อสัตย์ อดทน
  5. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารทำความเข้าใจ มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี มีความสามารถในการนำเสนอ การประสานงาน
  6. มีความเข้าใจในระบบคุณภาพ ISO:9001
