Job Descriptions
-Update employment records related hiring, transferring, promotion, and termination and for any changes of wages, shift, holiday, and time attendance conditions using for payroll calculation. -Review time attendance, leave, and overtime records to ensure data in the HR system are completed and accurate. -Provide and submit monthly/yearly reports: Internal reports, OT report, tax report, social security fund report, etc. related payroll & benefits. -Provide letters related to Human Resources matters as required. Implement and maintain payroll best practices to improve efficiency and processes. -Able to keep Benefits up-to-date with labor law requirement and make sure that is compliance with local law, especially Social Security, Medical Care, etc. -Responsible for all concerned recruitment tasks or administrative to meet quality and time line. -Implementing HR policies and plans to align with company’s strategy. -Ensuring compliance with all labour laws, Food Safety Standard and requirements of GHP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001. -Proactively managing and controlling the company’s overall general administration as well as planning and controlling related budgets. -Design, create and organize the Employee Relation activity such as communication program, company’s annual activity, employee’s activity, CSR and special event as assigned by manager. -Providing reference documents and statistical data and developing reports or proposals to facilitate high level decision making. -Coordinate and control visa, residence and working permit application process and taking care of all preparatory and supporting documents required to legally enter a respective country. -Responsible to manages all activities related to the maintenance of the office suite, office equipment and systems and administrative personnel as well as the reception area. -Responsible to manages canteen, Security, cleaning and transportation arrangement flight ticket business car.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor Degree
  2. Experience in HR job 2 years more
  3. Can use the B Plus program and have experience in BOI job will be given special consideration.
  4. Able to communicate in English will be given special consideration.
