-Review time attendance, leave, and overtime records to ensure data in the HR system are completed and accurate.
-Provide and submit monthly/yearly reports: Internal reports, OT report, tax report, social security fund report, etc. related payroll & benefits.
-Provide letters related to Human Resources matters as required. Implement and maintain payroll best practices to improve efficiency and processes.
-Able to keep Benefits up-to-date with labor law requirement and make sure that is compliance with local law, especially Social Security, Medical Care, etc.
-Responsible for all concerned recruitment tasks or administrative to meet quality and time line.
