- Create compelling content across social media channels and online forums to drive brand awareness and customer interaction.
- Engage with customers, promptly addressing inquiries, comments, and feedback on social platforms and community forums.
- Collaborate and support other teams to plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, user engagement metrics, and community feedback to optimize strategies.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers, bloggers, and online communities to amplify Mercular's brand presence.
- Plan and host online & offline community events, contests, and campaigns to encourage participation and foster a sense of community among Mercular customers.
