Job Description FUBURG E-commerce Executive is responsible for all e-commerce actives. Online channels operation and development, and collaboration of information technology, sales, and marketing teams to fulfil e-commerce business strategies. Working in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment, if you are an energetic, collaborative and result-oriented self-starter who is technologically savvy, organized and able to operate well in a team under pressure, we’d like to meet you. (Good at digital marketing is a plus) Responsibilities - Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs - Actively seek out new sales opportunities via On-line channels or platforms - Enhance the customer experience and executing customer order fulfilment - Analyze data from market and consumer studies to generate commercial insights - Manage relationships with partners and ensuring seamless end-to-end integration of the e-commerce business - Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections - Collaborate with team members to achieve better results - Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
