Job Descriptions

Responsibilities - Report to Brand Manager SALE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS - Define, set and manage sales targets for offline and online channels. -Update and report the employee working schedule shifts -Be responsible for all daily POS procedures and monthly reconciliation in accordance with company procedures and guidelines -Recruit, train and supervise staff. -Identify potential problems and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue. -Make routine store visits to improve operational management systems, processes and best practices and implement changes. -Contribute to both store front and back office team. -Coordinate with our Sale team to progress leads and opportunities throughout the sales cycle. -Generate daily/weekly sales and stock reports. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND PURCHASING: - Optimized merchandising, purchasing, and inventory management. - Participate in monthly and yearly inventory count - Uphold accurate monthly records regarding damages and inventory adjustments CRM & AFTER-SALE SERVICE: - Create and implement CRM and loyalty plan. - Coordinate with stores and factories for after-sale management processes. - Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media channels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of experiences working in retail operations management field.
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience budgeting and forecasting.
