• Ability to manage the training and development along with current organizational culture in alignment with strategic plans. • Create new approaches or methods that could have possibly changed by applying technology. • Conduct an annual employees training survey at each level of the company to be appropriate and consistent with the company's policy, mission, and vision. Provide result and outcome report. • Prepare annual training and development estimation budget plan for management reviewing and approval. • Execute organization development plans as per the annual training and development plan in a timely manner stipulated. • Prepare a report on training that has been held within the organization, report the results of the assigned training, and inform the relevant people. As well as using the training results to improve and develop training in the future. • Organize training and provide tools for knowledge development in various fields related to each profession of work function and leadership skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in human resources management or related fields.
Experience as Supervisor or higher level more than 5 years.
Proactive with Growth Mindset.
Resultsoriented with a full-service mind.
English communication influences and presentation skills to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
