Job Descriptions

•Monitoring company performance and improvements in key metrics. Promoting the use of metrics and data to drive project focus. •Using strong analytical ability, be able to identify areas where improvement is needed that would significantly help the manufacturing function. •Directing, motivating, and developing staff, maximizing their individual contribution, professional growth, and ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. •Identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency enhancements throughout the business lifecycle by using Lean & Six Sigma methodology. Streamline processes to reduce turnaround time and enhance overall operational effectiveness. •Tracking financial results and reports on quantifiable goals and objectives; estimating future projects from financial and assisting in the prioritization of projects. •Animate LEAN maturity assessment along with Continuous Improvement representative in each factory; be able to propose the applicable improvement actions. •Involve in the creation or modification of LEAN standards. •Training and mentoring employees; educating personnel on Lean and Six Sigma methodology and identifying the best projects for implementation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering
3- 8years of work experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives process optimization, LEAN or related roles.
Exceptional knowledge of reporting, data flow and lean tools.
Good command in English both writing and speaking, particular in English presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of Lean principles, methodologies, and tools, such as value stream mapping, 5S, Kanban, SMED, TPM, and Kaizen
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop practical solutions.
Project management experience, including project planning, execution, and evaluation
