Job Descriptions
1.ดูแลห้อง Warroom (รับเรื่องแจ้งซ่อมจากลูกค้า)
2.แก้ไข หรือ เซ็ต อุปกรณ์ คอนโทรลผ่านระบบ เมื่อเกิดปัญหาได้
3.เมื่อได้รับเรื่องแจ้งซ่อมแล้ว สามารถประสานงานกับช่าง Service ได้
4.ติดต่อหรือพูดคุยกับลูกค้าได้
Qualifications
- เพศชาย
- อายุ 20-35ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช.ขึ้นไป สาขา เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ,ไฟฟ้า ระบบความเย็น, คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือ อิเล็คทรอนิคซ์
- มีความรู้ด้าน ระบบ monitoring มาจะพิจารณาพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ด้าน ระบบ ความเย็นเบื้องต้น
- สามารถทำงาน กลางคืนได้
- สามารถสื่อสารกับผู้อื่นได้
- รับแรงกดดัน จากลูกค้าได้
