Job Descriptions
1. โทรแนะนำธุรกรรมและให้ข้อมูลกับทางลูกค้า เกี่ยวกับบริการของบริษัท 2. ติดตาม ให้คำแนะนำและแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นให้กับทางลูกค้าอย่างเหมาะสม 3. การจัดการคำสั่งซื้อรายวัน จัดการกระจายคำสั่งซื้อ ติดตามความผิดปกติของการจัดส่ง 4. รับข้อร้องเรียน และเก็บรวมรวมแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า เพื่อนำไปพัฒนาบริการและผลิตภัณฑ์ของร้านค้า 5. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 18-40 ปี
  2. ไม่จำกัดวุฒิ
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Customer Service จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารที่ดี
  5. มีทัศนคติที่ดี ใจเย็น สุภาพ มีใจรักในการบริการ รอบคอบ อดทนต่อการทำงาน และมีความรับผิดชอบอย่างมาก
  6. มีปฏิภาณไหวพริบ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  7. สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ และโปรแกรม Microsoft office ได้พื้นฐาน
  8. ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
