Looking for Bangkok-based e-commerce specialist for a jewellery and gemstone company. Requirements: •⁠ ⁠Written and spoken English and Thai •⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of gemstones and jewellery •⁠ ⁠Strong computer skills - social media and various project management apps, as well as online selling platforms •⁠ ⁠Be able to work under pressure •⁠ ⁠Be very attentive to details Additional preferred skills:831 •⁠ ⁠Mobile photo taking skills •⁠ ⁠Shopify management •⁠ ⁠Market places management - 1stDibs, Ebay, Etsy, Ruby Lane •⁠ ⁠Social media management •⁠ ⁠Content creation •⁠ ⁠Customer management Job Tasks: •⁠ ⁠Operate company page and marketplaces •⁠ ⁠Photos of new products •⁠ ⁠Uploading new products to website, social media, market places, telegram channels and WhatsApp channels •⁠ ⁠Basic content creation for social media with visuals and texts •⁠ ⁠Engage existing customers and attract new followers •⁠ ⁠Analyse engagement and product interaction to understand preferred items
Qualifications
  1. Written and spoken English and Thai
  2. Basic knowledge of jewellery and gemstones
  3. Strong computer skills
  4. Be able to work under pressure
  5. Be very attentive to details
