直接アウトリーチ（電話、メール、ソーシャルメディア）を通じて、様々な業界のプロフェッショナルや専門家とのコンサルティング関係を確立します。業界コンタクト、プロフェッショナルリスト、および協会を活用して、Exousia Research Co.Ltdのエキスパートネットワークを戦略的に拡大し、意見リーダーをリクルートします。インタビューを実施し、潜在的なエキスパートの資格を評価し、データベースでのプロファイルが正確に表されていることを確認します。クライアント対応チームと協力し、クライアントのニーズを理解し、タイムリーでターゲットに合った研究ソリューションの提供を支援します。クライアントの研究プロセスと目標を理解することで、クライアントとの関係の拡大と強化に寄与します。 Nathan Research Groupの主要な業界カバレッジに関する包括的な知識を習得し、プロジェクトおよびサービスの品質を向上させます。ネットワーク開発およびクライアントサービスに関連する追加プロジェクトに参加します。勤務日：月曜日から金曜日、9:00 AMから6:00 PMまで。公休日は休日とみなされます。応募を希望される方は、英文の履歴書の提出もお願いしています。 - Identify and establish consulting relationships with professionals and experts across various industries through direct outreach (telephone, email, social media). - Expand the Exousia Research Co.Ltd expert network by strategically recruiting key opinion leaders, leveraging industry contacts, professional lists, and associations. - Conduct interviews and assess the eligibility of potential experts, ensuring their profiles are accurately represented in our database. - Collaborate with client-facing teams to understand client needs and assist in the delivery of timely and targeted research solutions. - Develop an understanding of client research processes and objectives, aiding in the expansion and strengthening of client relationships. - Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of Nathan Research Group’s core industry coverage to enhance the quality of projects and services. - Participate in additional projects related to network development and client servicing. "Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In the event of a public holiday, it will be considered our day off.

Qualifications

Competent in Japanese and [another relevant language, e.g., Thai]. Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the capability to engage effectively in a business environment.
1-3 years of experience in a relevant field, such as recruitment, market research, or headhunting, is preferred.
A bachelor's degree in any related field
