Job Scope:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business strategy.
Ensure workforce planning optimization to be efficient and costly.
Ensure collaborative atmosphere among HR department and external party.
Ensure current business operation and foresee future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Provide analysis report to management to support decision through HR metrics.
Ensure compliance throughout human resource management.
Be an employee champion.
Qualifications
- Over 5-year experiences in HR field
- High business acumen especially in e-commerce business or retail company.
- Experience as supervisor will be an advantage.
- Understand manpower planning model.
