Job Descriptions

IT Support Staff (6 months contract) Working day and hours: Mon - Fri, 08.00-17.30 •Provide technical assistance and support for any hardware or software-related issues. •Maintain IT service management system – manage, monitor, and close the SMT ticket. •Assist in the implementation of Global or Local IT-related projects. •Maintain Software License Agreement and achieve Global and Local target at the location. •Customer enabling to user on IT service both online and IT Space.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
Having 1-3 years of experience in IT support or related positions.
Good command of listening, speaking, and writing in English.
Have a service mind and a fast learner.
Knowledge in Automation, Software development, MS Power Platform, PowerBI will be an advantage.
Understanding the user’s behavior in the plant environment.
Experience in the automotive business is advantageous.
