Job Descriptions
• Identify training needs/skills that meet with core activities of the company, create, or review training programs and implement them for the employees by using the annual training program, and prepare overall processes related to the training program. • Ensure the necessary processes about competency management, training road map, career development, and organization development to drive employees' performance that aligns with the core value of the company. • Collaborate and support the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. • Assist in various HR&GA projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in HRD function or a related field.
  3. Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel, Presentation skills
  4. Interpersonal skills are essential.
