Job Descriptions• Identify training needs/skills that meet with core activities of the company, create, or review training programs and implement them for the employees by using the annual training program, and prepare overall processes related to the training program.
• Ensure the necessary processes about competency management, training road map, career development, and organization development to drive employees' performance that aligns with the core value of the company.
